App Store Connect "Apps" does not load

I could not load "Apps" page for over a week now. Below are the warnings and error shown inside the Safari console.

No App is shown or displayed under Apps tab and all other tabs work (some would require a force page refresh)

[Warning] No route found – "https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps" (main.71fd0287.js, line 2)
[Warning] Metrics config: No config provided via delegate or fetched via init(), using default/cached config values. (371.093b541f.js, line 1)
[Error] ReferenceError: Can't find variable: requestIdleCallback
	(anonymous function) (inject.js:639)

Same issue (won't load apps) but different error for me, a few hundred iterations of this error in the console:

371.093b541f.js:1 eventQueue overflow, deleting LRU events: size is: 101 which is over max size: 100

After doing some digging, I was able to figure out that this is an account specific issue. My personal account works fine, as well as many of my co-worker's personal accounts, but our corporate account is having the same issue for all users on every computer/browser combination we try.
