Hi guys, I am trying to simply add a new developer to my App Store Connect but I keep getting the error “A user with this email address already exists on this team.” They are not! I have added other users without issue, including one with the same email url. Any ideas on how to fix? I tried adding in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, but they all had the same error.
If you can show screenshots I can try to help. Did the email address you are trying to add create an account on app store connect before?
