Can We create two non-consumable IAPs for the same function in our iOS app? The first IAP with US$4.99 is used in the US, and the second with CAD$4.99 is used in Canada.
Another question is how could I directly set CAD$499 price tier in IAP? The ONLY available currency is the US dollar in Apple Store Connect.
IAP pricing is due to be overhauled soon; wait for these changes and see what becomes possible.
