Can't sign in to AppStore sandbox account

In Settings -> App Store -> Sandbox account -> Enter

Filling all fileds, entering code and 2F autentication. But then nothing happened.

Can you confirm your Apple ID was created in App Store Connect under the Sandbox Testers tab?
