Individual member using business name?

I have an Individual membership, but I'm registering a business name. Is there anyway to show the business name on my app when people are searching in the App Store?

My other option seems to be to create a company (~$500, then $250 a year afterwards) in order to get a business name up.

Does anyone have experience with this? I'm an Aussie, if that helps.

Apple says this about that...

Can I enroll as an individual and have my company appear as the seller on the App Store?

No. To have your company name appear as the seller, your company must be recognized as a legal entity and you must be enrolled as an organization. If you are a sole proprietor/single person business, you must join as an individual and your legal name will appear as the seller. If you have enrolled as an individual and need to convert your individual account to an organization account, please contact us.

Don't be confused by some apps that show company and individual name/seller - those are legacy from before the policy was tweaked, apparently.

This is so annoying, I have a business name registered, but I'm forced to use my name instead....
