"The city cannot exceed 35 characters."

i got this error while trying to update my legal entity address as a pre-requisit to sign my pais apps agreement, the city does not exceed 35 Characters originally, it does after apple change the address that i entered to standardized address, i did not even needed to update the address still the same i entered the first time i am trying to updated only because apple is asking me prior to signing the paid apps agreement
