Some users complained that they were unable to download the app... I did some tests and noticed that it only fails to download when the device is in Portuguese and the iTunes account is in Brazil, but if I change the language on the device to English, the download works. It would make sense if you needed to change the region of the iTunes account but in the same region, changing only the language of the device itself, the problem does not occur.
The following happens: I click on the Get button and instead of starting the download, a gray button appears with the name of the purchase. This only happens when the device is in Portuguese and the region of Itunes account is Brazil. If I close and open the App Store again, the Get button comes back and if I click on it again the same thing happens.
Is this an App Store bug? Is there a setting I should do?
I am losing a lot of downloads because 80% of my users use Portuguese and are from Brazil.
Has anyone seen this?
I contacted Apple's user support and they don't know the solution. I sent an email to developer support and they still haven't responded.
