Hello I am trying to set up an account so I can upload my app to the App Store. I have an LLC but I don’t have the domain to go with it. I can’t purchase it because it’s being used. How do I get a company email address when I don’t have the domain that matches my LLC? Can I use a separate domain I own, create an email and use that?

Is your concern that Apple will require you to use an email whose domain looks like your business name in order to create the Apple account? If that is your concern, I don't think you need to worry. While my business does own a domain with a matching name, and while I do receive email sent to that domain, I believe Apple know only an email address at an entirely different domain.
