Sandbox Page Is Completely Blank/Empty

The 'Sandbox' page under 'Users and Access' in App Store Connect is completely blank for me.

This is the first time I am trying to add Sandbox tester. Am I missing something? Here's what it looks like:

Sandbox Screen: ❌

I am able to view and manage 'People'. That is working fine. Here's the 'People' screen:

People Screen: ✅

Please let me know how to fix this. Or if I am missing something from my side.

Thanks.

Here's what worked for me:

  1. Login to Apple Developer Account > Go to App Store Connect > Sandbox page. Here the page will be blank (expected).
  2. Next, click on the 'Integrations' tab right next to it.
  3. Turn off WiFi/hotspot (basically any internet connectivity).
  4. Now, again click on 'Sandbox' tab. Now you will see the '+' button. Click on it and fill all the information BUT DO NOT SUBMIT YET.
  5. Turn on your internet.
  6. After you are connected to internet, click on submit.

Aaaand you are done.

Note: This was suggested by another user in a different thread which I am writing here in detail so that it is easier to follow for others too.

Hope this helps!

I am getting the same issue. The sandbox tab is the only one being glitchy and not displaying properly so I'm unable to create another sandbox user at the moment.

It would be nice to have this fixed.

I thought I was the only one facing this. Looks to be much widespread.

Same here, and here is the error shown in the browser console:

Do you guys also have any subscriptions or iap's that are awaiting review? For me the page has gone blank since I added my first IAPs

Same here

I thought I was doing something wrong. Can't believe this is broken!

omg I thought I was the only one i though my account was banned or something i'm glad im not the only one. I opened up a support ticket and everything

same here

For me it appears barely for a second and then goes blank. Refreshing doesn’t help. I’ve tried clearing the cache and using another browser.

Same issue here.

Note: for me it worked fine with one user. But when I deleted that user to create a new one, then the page disappeared. The console shows this error, suggesting the problem happens if you don't have any accounts set up:

Unhandled Promise Rejection: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'Oe.totalAccounts.toString')

same for me too

Same issue for me.I hope the authorities will take this issue seriously!

Found a way to bypass the problem. just login and go and let the blank page load leave the page open until the login session times out. then you will be able to click the plus button and add an account do not submit yet! open another window login into your apple connect and go back to the other screen and submit the creation of the account. Hope this helps :)

On another forum post, similar to this one, here is a solution that works:

Step 1: Go to the sandbox page.

Step 2: Refresh the page.

If this step is not completed, proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Turn off Wi-Fi or any network connection, then click on the sandbox. You will see an error on the sandbox page along with an "Add Test Account" option. Click the "+" button to open the Add Account modal. Next, turn on Wi-Fi or the network connection while submitting.

You are good to go!

I am also having the exact same issue. Opened a ticket a few days ago and haven't heard anything back. I tried creating a new admin user with a new email under my team. Logged in app store connect with the new user email and still had the same issue.

My 2 cents on this:

Step 1: Go to the People page. Step 2: Open Developer tools, Application and delete all Cookies for this site. Step 3: Click the Sandbox link. The page will load with errors, but the + button will be visible. Step 4: Click the + (Add) button. Step 5: Login back to App Store Connect from a new Tab. Step 6: Hit the save button on the first Tab after filling-in the details.

After I added the first tester the page loads fine for me.
