appstoreconnect is down july 9 2026

Thank you for your post and for informing us. I have just tested my login to the App Store Connect, and it is functioning correctly without any issues. It appears that the system is operational.

It could be something with your cache, may I ask you to narrow down the issue. If it works in a private window, here is how you can clear the cache in your regular browser.

1. Open Safari.
2. In the top menu bar, click Safari and select Settings (or Preferences).
3. Click on the Privacy tab.
4. Click the Manage Website Data... button.
5. In the search box in the top right of the pop-up, type appstoreconnect or apple.com.
6. Select the sites that appear and click Remove, then click Done.
7. Restart Safari and try accessing App Store Connect again.

(Note: If you want to clear your entire cache, you can click Safari in the top menu bar, select Clear History, choose "all history", and click Clear History).

If you clear your cache and App Store Connect is still not loading, can you post back the results here so we can check with the Apple Developer System Status team to see any ongoing downtime for App Store Connect?
