Hello,

I am facing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Account verification process where an automated timer suspended my account despite submitting all requested documents on day one.

Timeline & Details:

I received a request from Apple to upload address verification documents with a 14-day deadline.

I uploaded all requested documents on the very first day.

While waiting for the review process to be completed on Apple's end, the 14-day window expired.

Consequently, the system automatically suspended my account, disabling certificate creation and blocking development/distribution.

I have open support tickets, but have not received a response yet.

Since this is an automated timeout caused by review delay, could someone from the Apple team please help escalate this Case ID to the Enrollment / Account Verification team?

Same issue here.

I received the "We need more information" email and submitted the requested documents. My first submission was rejected without any notification — I only found out after the deadline had passed, when my account access was already restricted.

I resubmitted everything after contacting Apple Developer Support: government photo ID, business registration, proof of my role in the company, domain ownership, and a signed signing-authority letter on company letterhead.

Support has confirmed the case is with their internal operations team and that no further documents are needed from me. But it's now been over a month with no timeline and no substantive update.

I can't ship updates, push notifications are down for existing users, and marketing is on hold. For a paid account in good standing since 2023, this is honestly unbelievable.
