I can’t understand how it’s ok to disable my account because I didn’t verify my identity within a sudden 14 day window , and then completely ignore my follow-up support requests for over a month as i send the required documents. Surely this is somehow a breach of my consumer rights - ignoring my ticket and leaving me frozen out of updating my apps for over a month is unbelievable

Account has been limited since I missed a 14 day deadline to verify my identity and now I can't maintain my apps. Submitted a ticket, recieved a response on 19 July, responded on that same day, haven't heard back since.

Missed the 14 day deadline email in my inbox to verify my information even though I've had a developer account for years, now my account is effectively disabled. Lodged a support request and got asked to re-send my documents which I did, and haven't heard back since July 19. Have sent out multiple follow up emails to no response, and every time I request a callback they tell me that their team has no way of directly communicating with the team responsible for processing this my identity verification. My account membership comes up for renewal in a couple of weeks - I'm assuming that if this isn't actioned, my account will become fully inactive, all my apps will be delisted and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it except complain. Anyone else?
