My app update has been in "Waiting for Review" for over 100 hours and has never moved to "In Review". There are no messages in the Resolution Center and no requests for additional information.

This is an update to an existing, previously approved app. Agreements, Tax and Banking are all active, and all version metadata, export compliance and age rating information is complete. Nothing has changed on my side since submission.
Could someone confirm whether the submission is proceeding normally or whether any action is required from me?
I have already sent emails in multiple days but no answer.
