My app update has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” for quite a while now, and it seems to be taking much longer than my previous submissions.
I haven’t received any messages or requests for additional information, so I was wondering if someone from Apple would be able to take a look at the submission and see if there’s anything holding it up or if it can be reviewed soon.
I understand review times can vary, but I’d really appreciate any help.

Same here. Two iOS submissions have been in Waiting for Review since 3 September — seven days now — with no messages and nothing flagged.
For what it's worth, there are threads from February with the same pattern: waits of 8 to 20 days, all stuck in Waiting for Review rather than In Review. One developer there reported a submission from 9 February moving to In Review after 15 calendar days, then getting feedback 6 minutes later — so the delay seems to be entirely queue time, and the review itself is quick once it starts.
Yes, mine waited for more than a month and was rejected for the fourth time!
My application is truly different.
Moreover, the app is truly unique. There is nothing else like it on the market.
I called and spoke to them but they just kept repeating the same things like parrots.
I asked them to show me a similar app but they couldn't. despite this, they still reject.
