Family Controls (Distribution) - Requested and Granted but shows no status
Hello, I requested "Family Controls (Distribution)" for one of my apps. I received email that the entitlement is granted and I can use it: Hello XXXX The entitlement for Family Controls (Distribution) has been assigned to your account, and you can now configure this capability for eligible apps. If you’re enrolled as an organization, Admins on your team can also use this capability. However, on the identifiers page, the status still shows as "No Requests". Additionally, I see nowhere any other indicator. I opened a case with the ID 102999908799 but didnt receive any response. Anybody knows what to do? Thank you.

Why do we need the Transfer Identifier?
Hello, for applications using Signin with Apple feature, it seems a particular process needs to be followed when you want to transfer the app to a new owner. Generating transfer identifier before the transfer of ownership to identify a particular user. There is already "email" registered for the user, personal email or relay email (doesn't matter). Why would we need to trouble ourselves with the transfer identifier? The documentation doesn't explain anything about the background of this. It is very weak. It doesn't explain the impacts/changes when app is transferred so that one can fully understand its impact. Thank you.

Appstore Connect Data Collection - Longer than Necessary
Hello, in Appstore Connect, it is expected to declare the collected data types. However, there is something that is pretty confusing, namely the definition of "Data Collection". According to the form: Data Collection Thanks for helping users understand your app's privacy practices. Remember that you're responsible for any third-party code that is added to your app, so if your third-party partners collect data from your app, you must represent that in your responses. “Collect” refers to transmitting data off the device in a way that allows you and/or your third-party partners to access it for a period longer than necessary to service the transmitted request in real time. ..... What does the point "longer than necessary" refer to? Obviously, my app is storing data of user to "function". My understanding is, storing data for functionality doesn't mean collecting data. Is this correct? Thank you.

Regular check of subscription status for IAP
Hi, For a user who subscribed a product via In-App Purchase, how does the application backend know that the user is still subscribed? The initial purchase happens on the mobile app. Via receiving and validating the receipt of initial purchase, the backend of mobile app would be informed. However, what is the appropriate option for the subsequent subscription payments? How do I know whether the user is still paying? Thanks.

Background Tasks
Hello, In my app, I have a timer. When the app is in the foreground, everything is good. Timer runs. When the app goes to background, the timer stops. This is surely the iOS shuts down the app. I read multiple documents and pages about the background tasks and background task strategies. However, none of them are able to describe a scenario which is similar to Apple’s Stopwatch or Alarm or Timer. How can I achieve a similar functionality? Thanks.
