Apple Developer Account Terminated Under 3.2(f) Without Specific Explanation — Official Support and Appeal Channels Not Working

Hello Community & App Review Team,

Our account was terminated our developer account under Section 3.2(f), without identifying the specific conduct that led to the decision. This occurred via email on October 9th Friday 2026.

We received sudden termination notice by email, but no Pending Termination notice or corresponding message in App Store Connect. The termination was effective immediately, leaving us without a clear understanding of what went wrong or how to address it.

We've made multiple attempts to contact Apple and complete the requested business verification, but the process has been unsuccessful. The verification option is missing from App Store Connect, support links redirect in loops, and the complaint link included in the termination notice returns “You're not eligible to make this request.”

For context, Nova is an award-winning cryptocurrency wallet listed in the official Solana wallet directory. We've processed millions in transaction volume, maintained a strong reputation in the ecosystem, and have never had a reported security incident or left a customer support inquiry unanswered.

Our users are currently safe and unaffected. However, with our developer certificates terminated, we're concerned about our ability to continue supporting them in the months ahead.

We understand and respect Apple's responsibility to enforce its guidelines. We're not asking for special treatment or an exception to those rules.

We're simply asking Apple to communicate with us, clarify the specific concerns, and provide a functioning channel through which we can respond and resolve this matter.

We genuinely want to work with Apple to make things right, whatever that may require.

What!?

They don't appear to tell you what you have done. If I were Apple, Inc, I wouldn't explain, either, because you would choose to cheat in a more sophisticated manner so as not to get caught next time when you reapply for a developer account. You probably want to go over the section you are referring to to see if any part of it rings you a bell. If you are totally hopeless, you may want to read other similar topics by searching for 'rejection.'
