I am indie developer and have created my (paid) Apple Dev-Account a few years ago. To get started quickly I completed forms only with what is necessary to get started.
Now I want to update these forms.
So, weeks ago I started contacting Apple with the request to update form W-8BEN. For each of my requests I received an email that my request would be processed and Apple would contact me.
Since 3 weeks nothing has happened. I think I need help and a tip on whom I should contact in order to update this form.
I hope someone can provide information on how I can update W-8BEN.

[Edit] I have used the Contact us link on the W-8BEN form's page twice and once a help-link on developer.apple.com and received no human response.
