I am indie developer and have created my (paid) Apple Dev-Account a few years ago. To get started quickly I completed forms only with what is necessary to get started. Now I want to update these forms. So, weeks ago I started contacting Apple with the request to update form W-8BEN. For each of my requests I received an email that my request would be processed and Apple would contact me. Since 3 weeks nothing has happened. I think I need help and a tip on whom I should contact in order to update this form. I hope someone can provide information on how I can update W-8BEN. Thanks in advance! [Edit] I have used the Contact us link on the W-8BEN form's page twice and once a help-link on developer.apple.com and received no human response.

I have registered my (free) Apple developer account years ago and long before AppStore started. Now I upgraded to a paid account and want to provide in-app purchases for my apps. I don't find an option to set my apps to a price, except than "free". I have searched the internet and know that I have to sign some form but I can't find that form or any link to provide the required information to update an existing form. Has anybody an idea where I can look?
