I own a U.S. single-member LLC that's a disregarded entity. In App Store Connect, Line 1 of the W-9 is locked to the LLC name, but the IRS instructions say the owner's name goes on Line 1 and the LLC on Line 2. This is blocking my Paid Apps Agreement.
I contacted Finance Support around 9-23-26 with a screenshot and video of the issue, but haven't heard back. I followed up a week ago. Still no response.
Has anyone with a single-member LLC gotten this fixed recently? Apple developer support says their financial team is the only team that can handle this issue.
Nearly one month to fix some basic text is ridiculous. I could have handles this myself if the Line 1 box wasn't greyed out.
