Hello,

My app TerraPulse (iOS 1.0, Apple ID: 6820235734) has been in “Waiting for Review” since Thursday 8 October 2026.

Timeline:

First submission received a Guideline 2.1 “Information Needed” request.
On 8 October I replied in the Resolution Center with the requested information, added the details to the App Review notes, and resubmitted.
Since then the status has not changed.
On 13 October I contacted App Review through the Contact Us form but have not yet received a reply.

This is my first app on a new developer account. Could someone from App Review please check whether the submission is still in the queue, or whether anything else is needed from me? I’m happy to provide a demo video or any further information straight away.

just wondering if there's been any update on your app since you posted this? Has Apple finally picked it up for review?

I'm in a similar situation with my first iOS app. We already went through a Guideline 2.1 information request, provided 6 demo videos, and our latest submission has been stuck in Waiting for Review since Oct 12. Also contacted Apple Support but havent heard anything back.

Many of us are in the same boat. No public announcements from Apple on what the app review problem is, and no hope of getting support beyond the canned "your app is waiting for review" responses.

Same here. My app has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status since resubmitting on October 8.

Still no update on my submission, and complete radio silence on my emails... Apparently, Apple has been dealing with severe review backlogs since December 2025 due to the surge in "vibe-coded" apps. Submissions are reportedly up by around 80% since the start of 2026, and it feels like developer relations simply can't keep up (or isn't prioritizing it)...
