Waiting for Review for 9 days (since Oct 7) – long-time developer, first time seeing this

Hello App Review team,

Our game Istanbul Taxi: City Driver has been in "Waiting for Review" since October 7, 2026 and has not moved to "In Review" yet.

App Apple ID: 6819802943 Version: [1.0] Submission ID: 78962f48-9200-418d-acd6-7d104761acaa Submitted: October 7, 2026 Platform: iOS

Agreements, tax and banking are all active, and there are no messages or pending items in App Store Connect.

I've been an Apple developer for over 11 years and have never seen a submission wait this long before review. I understand there may be a backlog right now, and I'm not asking for special treatment. I'd just like to confirm that the submission is queued correctly and that nothing is needed from my side.

If anything is required, I can respond right away.

Agreements, tax and banking are active, the latest Program License Agreement is accepted, and there are no messages or pending items in App Store Connect. We also submitted an expedite request on October 12 and a support case (102996273806) on October 14, with no reply yet.

Like the original poster, we're not asking for special treatment, just confirmation that the submission is queued correctly and nothing is needed from us. Our first group trip using the app starts November 2. Happy to respond right away if anything is required.
