Developer account terminated under 3.2(f): contact forms stuck in a sign-in loop

Hello,

Apple terminated our Developer Program membership on October 10, 2026, citing Section 3.2(f). We have requested reconsideration by email, but we need help reaching the appropriate reinstatement process. Note, not only our company has been deleted but also hundreds of developers the past two weeks.

The support and contact navigation we’ve tried while signed in with the affected account repeatedly returns us to a sign-in loop without allowing us to complete a submission.

We emailed our reconsideration request on October 15 and received a response on October 16. Later that day, we reported the access problem, supplied a screen recording, and asked to be connected with the team handling reinstatement.

Email correspondence has therefore been possible. What we still lack is confirmation that our request has reached reinstatement review, or clear instructions for completing any separate petition required.

Other developers have also [reported similar difficulties accessing contact and reinstatement forms after termination https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/850023

A working submission route matters when an account closure affects an entire product and the business supporting it.

Could someone from Apple clarify which channel is available to a terminated account, or help route our existing request to the appropriate team?

If another developer has successfully submitted a reinstatement petition while signed in with a terminated account, which route worked?

Thank you for any practical guidance.
