Hello App Review team,

Sunny Routes: Bus Puzzle has remained “Waiting for Review” since October 10, 2026, and has not entered review.

App details:

  • Apple ID: 6821001305
  • Version: 1.12.1, build 11207
  • Platform: iOS
  • Seven In-App Purchases are also waiting for review.

I contacted Developer Support on October 16 under case 102998404388 and followed up on October 20, but have not received an explanation for the delay.

Apple confirmed that my DSA trader contact information was successfully verified on October 20. As of October 22, the app is still waiting. I have kept the original submission in place without cancelling or replacing the submitted build.

Could an Apple representative please check whether the submission is correctly queued and whether any outstanding account or compliance requirements are preventing review from starting?

Please escalate the existing support case if possible. I am ready to provide any additional information.

We've been stuck since Oct 12. Escalation is ineffective and after a 2hr wait on the phone (twice), they told us it's a 'waiting game' now. No visibiility into what's going on and Apple shuts down their phone call back support when they want.

The “Waiting for Review” label means Apple has received the submission but review hasn't started yet. A verified trader status is one requirement, but it doesn't tell us whether a specific submission has entered the review queue or whether anything else is holding it. The forum can't see your account or escalate that case.

One thing to check in the App Review section is whether the seven IAPs are part of the same submission as version 1.12.1, or are separate submissions. If they were submitted together, Apple notes that all items in a submission need to be accepted for the submission to complete. Keep the current submission in place and reply on case 102998404388 with the app version, build, submission date, and screenshots of the current status.
