I have been invited to teams I can navigate things at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ smoothly. But https://developer.apple.com/account does not show teams and don't have access to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/. Thus my Xcode not showing teams too.

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get my apple developer account approved for weeks now with so many back and forth messages exchanged. However, I’m still not sure where my application stands. I submitted my verification docs multiple times through a special link. It was under review but then no one acknowledged its current status. Later, I received a follow up asking me to enrol again because it was causing some issue. But when I tried doing that, it says there is some error And asked me to contact support to resolve this. how long will this take before I get to the stage where I can make a payment and have my account approved?

My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved. After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. I cannot renew my membership after it expired in January of 2025. I initially let it lapse, but I decided to renew it. There is nowhere to renew it. There is no renew button in the Developer App, and the web application tells me it expired, but doesn't provide an option to renew. It just tells me to go to the Developer App and click on the Renew button which isn't there.

Hello, In 2024 I received notice of Apple Developer Account termination (Team ID: FCKZLDS8EQ) (with no reason) and in 5 days I have sended the appeal. After 30+ days - my account was terminated. The notification said that I only have a month to file an appeal, I did it within 5 days, but neither during the month nor so far - I have not received a response. Also, after the appeal, I contacted support saying that there was no response to the appeal and still remained unanswered to these tickets: 102346160903 and 102349953096. I described everything in detail in that appeal. I have an Apple Developer membership since 2014 and this is some kind of misunderstanding, I have an old trusted developer account without any violations.

All of a sudden my apps made with my client's Enterprise account won't launch when downloaded over-the-air on iOS 17+, but WILL launch when installed over a wire. The usual 'trust' mechanism found under Settings>General>VPS and Device Management seems not to be available for over-the-air downloads. But it is available for over-a-wire sideloads! This seems not to be an issue with iOS 15+ Does anyone here know what to do about this? Thanks, Craig Umanoff

Hi, I have been attempting enroll in Apple Developer program with my organization. As part of the enrollment process, legal authority must be approved by a member of my organization. We have attempted submitting the approvals a couple times with no success. Recently we had an error on screen saying %%USE_I18N_STRING_ERROR%% and Verification Unsuccessful. I paid for an Apple Developer membership, but can only sign 3 apps and restricted to 7 day certificates. I don't even seem to have a way to verify if I am in fact enrolled in the developer program despite being charged for it

But i’m a Mixing/Mastering Engineer for Music, & I’m always seeing people music releasing to Apple Music, with the icon “Apple Digital Master“ But when I do research the only thing i can find is it needs to be done in an approved Apple Studio, But me personally i’ve never heard or seen one. Additionally, I urgently need a contact option regarding the "AbortError", which has recently started occurring for all our customers. Yes, our Apple Pay integration is web-based and has worked flawlessly until now. In the sandbox, Apple Pay still works perfectly! So why, why, why does it no longer work in the production environment? Could you please provide some indication of the cause? An "AbortError" when calling show() on paymentRequest is not helpful at all.

Hello, Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked. Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable. Can you please guide me through what went wrong and how I can try again? Thank you.

I‘ve been linking my userids in the backend using the server notifications when users subscribe successfully using appAccountToken. Now i’m introducing an offer code redemption in my app using presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet. But i dont see a way to pass my user id for the app token any solution or workaround? Thanks

I’m experiencing an issue where Xcode cannot access my Team ID, even though my Apple Developer Program membership appears active and I have paid for it. • When I visit Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this popup: “Unable to find a team with the given Team ID XXXXXXXXXX to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.” • My Apple ID still shows an active Developer Program membership under System Settings → Media & Purchases. • In App Store Connect, I can still see my Team ID and access my account. This issue was previously resolved via phone support after I was incorrectly locked out. I had paid twice, and was refunded once, but now the issue has returned - and support claims I was refunded twice, which is false (I have proof from my bank). I’ve contacted support multiple times, and my case has been sitting with the operations team for weeks. No explanation. No resolution. Just silence. I paid for a service I’m not receiving. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or found a way to escalate it effectively?

Hi, My admin account is locked and I have only one admin role account so that I can not maintain my applications that is published also I can not give permissions other developer account as admin role. I send mail and contact apple developer account support but no-one is helped me and they didnt answer me why my account is locked!!!. They didn't give me any support and help to retake my admin account and didn't reset my password although I sent my all documentation about my company. I am waiting for 15 days to solve this problem and distribute new release my application versions. So how can I recover my admin account ? Does anybody have any suggestion?
