Hi! I completed the enrollment for my company on April 22, 2024. And since then we have successfully placed our application in the Store and continue to work on it. On March 27, 2025, I needed to renew my participation in the Apple Developer Program and I did it successfully - I received a confirmation letter from you. However, later I discovered that my order was canceled and now, when I go to developer.applе.com, I am offered to go through the enrollment procedure! I'm confused! It is not clear what to do in such a situation?! I will be grateful for any help!

Hi everyone! Writing this from my personal Developer Account but this is related to my other account, enrolled under my startup organization account. Sunday morning I've started finalizing a feature on my startup that I've worked on with my colleagues for over a year already. I've pushed the code as usual, wanted to do a internal TestFlight build and I was apparently logged out on Xcode from my account. Thought it's no big deal - went to log in in Xcode Settings -> Account but my attempt was unsuccessful - I was presented a message stating "Unknown error occurred". Weird, but then I tried to use the browser to login into App Store Connect using the following account - I was met with the same message. Alright, I thought I might need to reset my password - clicked on Forgot Password and started the reset password flow. To my surprise, I am presented a new message, stating - Your account has been locked and I need to verify my phone number to request access to this account. I proceed, enter my phone number associated with the account and click continue. I am the presented with the message that my Account Access is Requested and I need to wait up to a day. I then also decided to check Keychain and well, surprise surprise - all my certificates have also been revoked from keychain, both development and distribution. Well, I wake up this morning to the following email: And attempting to login/reset password now presents a message stating that my account is now LOCKED: I've been an Apple Developer for more than 7 years. I've had multiple Developer accounts. This is the first time I'm seeing such things. Please, someone explain what is going on and how can I verify my identity with apple to access my account? I cannot release a new version of our startup's app. We are suffering business losses due to failing to meet a deadline with a potential client. I cannot believe such things are happening.

I’m very new to mobile app development but not new to application development in general. I’m close to completing my first app and really excited to get things moving along and then hit a major roadblock and am at my wits end with this. I currently have a free account and have been testing on my own phone. I’m ready to move to TestFlight so went to enroll in the paid program and it just says can’t do so at this time. I sent support an email and they said it’s because they can’t identify me. I called and they told me the same thing and that there is literally nothing that can be done. I tried to create a new Apple ID and figured I’d just use it for the dev work I want to do but I can’t even create a new ID. I did have Family Sharing setup with myself as the organize and removed myself from that to ensure nothing was preventing identification. Still nothing. I can’t possibly be the only one that has gone through this. Frustrated is an understatement and getting this app out was really going to be such a big deal for me. So disappointed. Any suggestions?

Hello When I tried to enroll for Apple developer program, I got message like Your enrollment could not be completed. "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And i am not able to proceed payment page anymore . Apple consultant also don’t know main problem that bother me. Is anybody solve this problem??? Is waiting most proper answer?? Thanks

Hello, I am currently developing a game streaming application using ReplayKit and Broadcast Upload Extension. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding capturing snapshots of a WKWebView in the upload extension without adding it to a visible view hierarchy. From my understanding, calling takeSnapshot(with:) on a WKWebView that is not added to the view hierarchy generally works for simple web pages. However, when it comes to more complex web content — such as animations or WebGL — the snapshot returns a blank or static image. I believe this is because rendering such content requires access to the GPU, which is not fully available when the web view is off-screen. That said, I’ve observed that certain apps are able to capture live animated web content inside their broadcast upload extensions, even when the main app is terminated. This suggests that the snapshot is not being generated by the main app or from a remote server — especially since the network activity confirms the content is served locally (via localhost or local IP). Given this, I believe there must be a way to achieve GPU-accelerated rendering for WKWebView directly within the upload extension context, without attaching it to the app's UI. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, APIs, or recommended techniques that could help me achieve this behavior correctly and within system limitations. Thank you in advance for your support. Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations. Below are the issues we are facing if anybody knows how to solve it: Account was deprecated We managed to access the developer website, also the appstoreconnect website, but so far all apps are not yet available in the store. I have not been able to update the TestFlight Test Information. I keep getting the error "Make sure the contact phone number only contains numbers and try again" even when only number are entered. I've tried on Safari, Chrome and from the Connect App and all give the same error. I would like to push my App for testing to some external beta testers but can't since Contact Information is required for this.

It has been 576 hours since I got email that purchase will be completed in next 48 hours (Aug 19th).I tried it again on Aug 30th and Sept 4th but still no other resposne than those same emails.No charge on my bank account, nothing. As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account. I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response. Despite deleting and re-uploading the build multiple times, I continue to face the same issue. I've attached a screenshot of the problem for your reference. I originally created my Apple Developer account when I was living in Canada (years ago). Now that I live in the U.S. I want to renew it, but I can't - because it thinks I'm still in Canada. When I go to change my contact information, I get a screen that says: "Unauthorized Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement." What do I do?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to automate the Apple Pay setup in a CI/CD pipeline for a preproduction environment. Right now, we are generating manually the Apple Pay certificates for both the root domain and merchant ID through the Apple Developer Portal, then manually upload them to our preproduction servers. My idea is to be able to automate this process for this environment. I’ve been digging through docs and forums but haven’t found any way to generate or renew these certificates automatically via an API or any other method. Does anyone know if Apple offers something like this? Or if not, what’s the best way to handle this in an automated workflow? I've been thinking about a web driver, but I'm not a big fan of this kind of solution. Thanks a lot for any ideas or advice!

Hi i have been trying to enroll in an apple developer program I have made the payment 99$ and it has been deducted from the credit card. I got a message saying you will recieve an email soon. Hello, I'm currently living in Finland and would like to apply for the developer program in order to develop an app for the Apple Vision Pro. I understand that Finland is not supported in this matter, so I thought about making an German AppleID, since that is supported in the AVP App Store, and enroll in the program with that. The problem is that, since I'm not a German citizen nor have a residency there, would that cause a problem in the identity verification process? Is this allowed at all? If not, are there any workarounds to be able to get the developer account outside of supported regions? Thank you!
