My app which requires a crucial update, I have over 40 user emails saying the app is broken after the new macOS update, I patched the issue and submitted to appstore. it's been a week all I see is, app "In Review" I tried submitting expedited review and I just get 502 error. I am very close to migrating off App Store and distributing it on my own.

How long does the new Apple Developer Program License Agreement take to take effect once you accept it?

Hello everyone, I've encountered an issue with export compliance on App Store Connect that I haven't seen before. In my Info.plist, I have always set the ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption key (formerly App Uses Non-Exempt Encryption) to NO. In the past, this was sufficient to bypass the export compliance questions when submitting a build. However, with my most recent submission, I am now being prompted to answer these questions. Nothing has changed in my app's encryption usage. Has there been a recent change in policy or a system-wide issue that would cause this change in behavior? Is anyone else experiencing this? I've got a weird issue where Passkey fails, but only on developer.apple.com. Here's how it manifests: On portal, select "Sign In With Passkey" Get prompted with TouchId (on my MacBook) Portal says "can't verify your account" However: Sign in with Password works fine Sign in with Passkey on any other website works fine Not sure if it's related, but this appears to have happened around the time I had my logic board replaced. I did have weird issues with my iCloud account where I had to sign out of all devices, then sign back in. I assume this has to do with the hardware having the same serial number, but somehow appeared like a different computer in other ways. Things I've tried: In Passwords app, searching for "apple.com", I only see passwords, no passkeys. However, Safari password auto-fill always suggests the passkey entry first. developer.apple.com does not appear to have any way of managing sign-in credentials accounts.apple.com does not appear to be any way to manage passkeys. Sign in with Passkey on iPhone also results in "can't verify your account". Called AppleCare support, they were unable to help. Since Passkeys work for other websites, they believe this is a problem specifically with developer.apple.com. They suggested calling Developer support. Called Developer support, they were unable to help. They said AppleCare Support is best suited. Filled out Feedback (FB18185623) System: macOS 15.6 Safari 18.6 Has anyone else encountered anything weird like this? Is there any way to fix this? It would be nice if I could just delete the old passkey and create a new one. But I can't find any tool that will let me do that.

I enrolled for the Apple Developer Program on 19 June 2025 for my company. I was then requested to upload the necessary supporting documentation to proceed with the approval process which was done on the same day (19 June) with the case ID 102634582811. I have followed up with Apple nearly weekly since then and still have no concrete feedback or resolution to the status of my enrollment and what remediation is required if any. I have done some research and approval for the Developer Program takes 3 weeks at most from what I have heard and read. Its been over two months and I feel as though the responses I am receiving are automated without any human intervention or review into my case. This has been a frustrating process which is drastically impacting business productivity as our ability to have access to the developer portal mean we cannot build and distribute our app to users. I really hope this post can help provide some direction and at most a resolution

I applied for the Apple Developer Program on February 4, 2025, and uploaded the required documents on February 5, 2025. However, as of today (February 26, 2025), I have not received any update or response regarding my application. I have already sent two emails regarding this matter but have not received a reply. Hi everyone, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting stuck in a frustrating loop. After logging in, I’m asked to agree to the Apple Developer Agreement. I accept the terms, but then it redirects me to an error page that says: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to your account or sign out.” When I click “Continue to your account,” it just brings me back to the same agreement page—and the cycle repeats endlessly. To make things worse, I can’t contact Apple Developer Support because I apparently need an active account to do so, which puts me right back into the same loop. I’ve also tried enrolling from different Apple devices, but I keep receiving this error: internal exception occurred ErrorCode: 991991 ErrorMessage: The request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround? I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to break out of this loop or get in touch with Apple support. Thanks in advance!

hi I logged in with the ADM user on the platform, and I'm trying to add a new user with a DEV profile. When I go through the step of verifying the connection code, an error simply appears: "It is not possible to create your account at this time." I've already changed my browser, I've already changed my phone, but the same error persists.

I’ve contacted support two or three times already and no response. I made the payment to create my Apple Developer account on the 26th and also received the invoice that same day, but the status still shows as pending. This is quite urgent, so I’m not sure what you can do on your side to help.

I'm at my wit's end with Apple's ridiculous timeframes! They promise 2 days but then completely ghost you for weeks. A couple days ago I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, filled out my address and payment information, paid the fee, my bank account got charged, and I received an email with a receipt and order number. The email with the receipt says the following: To access your membership resources and benefits, visit Account on the Apple developer website. Simply sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll. Please note that no package will be shipped to you, and you can begin using your membership resources right away." If I click on my order number it says: "Enrollment Complete", "Electronically Delivered(Completed)", and "Thanks for being a part of the Apple Developer Program.". However, when I sign in to my account on developer.apple.com, and then click on account, it says "Pending", "Purchase your membership." and, "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.", If I already paid and my order says, "Enrollment Complete", why do I still not have access to sign any builds. I would think this would be instant approval being that I live in the US, and have already been charged, but I guess not. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what was the resolution?

Hi, Yesterday I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program through the app (like the website said) and it seemed to work fine. I went through everything in the app and then I had to pay for the service, so I did. (the invoice says Apple Developer Program (Automatic Renewal): $96.99 + VAT). I can see this transaction on my bank statement as well. After finishing the the Developer app said "Wait for an email" or something similar for a day until now it says "Enrollment through the apple developer app is not available for this apple account". I found this odd so I logged in to my account in a browser (on a PC) to see what's up and there it still says if I click my name "Pending". The weird thing is that there is this banner that says "Purchase your membership." and a link to complete my purchase??? As if I did not purchase it yesterday. So in desperation I decided to see what's up and went through this process on my PC now and it took down my order and I got a prompt in the browser to wait 2 days (48 hours). Will I get charged twice? Also this time it prompted the price: $99.

my apple dev membership expired, I can’t change anything so I went to support, case number 102637543521. They said it’s because I moved to a different country. I emailed them my proof of address then they stopped replying. Then I tried to start new support requests but nothing came back, I think I might be flagged by the system. i need the membership to publish apps pls help
