“Too many verification codes sent” error – 2FA SMS never arrives on standard login
Hello everyone, I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see: too many verification codes sent At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited from one to seven days and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS. I’ve double-checked that: My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings. My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages. Steps to reproduce: Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.” Enter Apple ID and password. Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.” No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help. Expected behavior: Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number. After entering it, I can complete the login flow. Actual behavior: I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly. I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying. Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Stuck in Developer Program Enrollment Process - No Response for Months
Hello Apple Developer Community, I'm hoping someone can offer advice on a frustrating situation with my company's Developer Program enrollment process. My timeline: Initial application: October 2024 Initial follow-up: October 2024 Requested document submission: February 2025 Multiple follow-up emails: February-March 2025 Current status: No response for months I've been trying to enroll my small startup (LLC) in the Apple Developer Program since October 2024. After initially being asked for documentation, I uploaded everything possible (including company formation documents). Despite multiple follow-up emails over several months, I've received no updates on my application status or confirmation that my documents were even received. My case number is 102426005487 (sharing in case Apple Support monitors these forums) but as I've followed up several times, there may be more different case numbers. Has anyone experienced similar delays or have suggestions on how to get actual human attention on this issue? I've tried emailing to devprograms multiple times without success. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Help! Developer Program payment and activation
I made my first payment on 27 Feb 2025, but it was not activated after 48 hours I contacted developer support and they said they would cancel the registration and asked me to resubmit and try again 03 Mar 2025 I resubmitted the enrollment application 05 Mar 2025 I received the enrollment request has been accepted Then I successfully paid by credit card, but it still shows Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. 06 Mar 2025: The chargeback shows it's been canceled I re-paid today. New Order Number: W1305861066 Enrollment ID: 7Z3FUQR4WV Request help to activate my developer Thank you

Unable to Access Organization Developer Account – “Join Now” Appears
Our organization has an active Apple Developer membership, but since last month, we’ve been unable to access our team information or manage certificates. Our apps are still active in App Store Connect, but we cannot update them. On the Developer account page, a “Join Now” button appears, but clicking it results in the message: “Your Apple Account is already associated with the account holder of a membership.” Additionally, this account was originally registered with an older email when it was used to create a personal developer account in 2015—nearly 10 years ago. We do not know if this is causing the issue. We have contacted Apple many times but no reply within one month. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The Issue I’m Facing with the Company’s Developer Account
I work as a mobile developer at the company I recently joined. The department that worked before me set up a developer account for the company. Later, this department parted ways with the company. Now, I want to access the developer account set up under the company’s name. However, I cannot access the account information or reach out to the former employees. How can I get this information, or how can I reset the passwords? I would appreciate help from anyone with experience and knowledge on this matter. Thank you in advance.

Developer membership renew button not showing
My membership got expired and I don't see the renew button anywhere on the website or the developer app. In my case, I have changed the developer account email address 6 months ago and the new email was not mapped for renewal that's why the renew button was not showing (I guess). I tried to reach to Apple support, the phone support wasn't available so I wrote couple of emails. After 48 hrs they have sent an email saying the new email address has been mapped but still I see no renew button. I added required funds and disabled the auto-renew option yet no hope. it's been four days still no replay from Apple. I was constantly checking for the phone support. Today I saw phone support was available so I immediately requested the call and explained the support staff about my situation and he fixed within a minute. so guys if you are facing similar issue and see no solution even after contacting multiple times via emails, wait for phone support and request a call. This is the fastest and efficient way to resolve this "renew" issue. add the required funds so that the subscription payment will be done instantly. Have a good day y'll

Cannot Create Identifiers – “+” Button Missing on Identifiers Page
I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Issue with Apple Developer Enrollment – Trusted Device & Subscription Conflict
Context: I recently encountered an issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program with my personal Apple ID, and I need guidance on how to resolve it. A few months ago, I helped a client set up an Apple Developer account because they didn’t have an iPhone, Mac, or even an Apple ID. To assist them, I created an Apple ID for them and used my iPhone (via the Apple Developer app) to enroll their account in the Apple Developer Program. Now that the project is complete, I have removed myself from their Apple Developer account and given them full control over the app. However, when I tried to enroll my personal Apple ID in the Developer Program, I was unable to do so. After contacting Apple Support, I was informed that my phone number is still recognized as the trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, preventing me from enrolling in the Developer Program under my own account. Additional Issues: When I checked my Apple ID subscription list on account.apple.com, I noticed that the Apple Developer Program Membership is still listed under my personal Apple ID. However, when my client logs into their Apple ID subscription list, the Apple Developer subscription does NOT appear under their account. Even though the Apple Developer Program subscription is listed under my Apple ID, I cannot access the Apple Developer portal (developer.apple.com/account) to manage my account, enroll, or create apps. However, my client CAN still access the Developer portal and create/manage apps, even though the subscription is NOT in their Apple ID subscription list. Problems: My phone number is still a trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, blocking me from enrolling my own Developer account. The Developer Program subscription appears under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, even though my client is the one using the Developer account. I cannot access Apple Developer features, while my client can—even though the subscription is technically under my Apple ID. Questions: How can I unlink my phone number and device from my client’s Apple ID so I can enroll in the Apple Developer Program? Why does the Developer Program subscription appear under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, and how can I fix this? Why can’t I access the Developer portal, even though the subscription is listed under my Apple ID? Has anyone faced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Unity GameKit: signature does not match the authentication request data
I have a Unity application in which I'm implementing a GameCenter login with PlayFab. I fetch the items and use them in the PlayFab request, which returns me the error 'Authentication failed. Signature does not match the authentication request data'. I've reproduced the request using Insomnia with the same results. I have this exact same flow implemented in another application, which works normally. I'm positive that the PlayFab verification is correct, and there's indeed an issue with the data being sent, but I can't find any information about this kind of situation anywhere, and I don't know how to either reproduce the verification myself, or how to inspect the data to check for issues. I have reviewed my app's data on AppstoreConnect and have filled every form, document, and even its store page. I've also checked it's bundle identifier settings to make sure it had all the permissions necessary, which seems to be only GameCenter. Apple developer account - stuck in enrolling for over 2 weeks
I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. No Response from Apple Developer Support for Over 3 Weeks (Ref: 102519221138)
We are experiencing serious issues with Apple Developer Support. We submitted a support request with reference number 102519221138 over three weeks ago, but despite multiple follow-ups (three times so far), we have received no response. This lack of support is extremely frustrating, as we are currently completely blocked from publishing our app due to this unresolved issue. The delays are impacting our release timeline and causing significant problems for our team. It feels like the Apple Developer Support is non-existent, and we are unsure how to proceed. Has anyone experienced similar issues or found an alternative way to escalate their case? Any advice or experiences would be highly appreciated.

Problem with building on EAS.
Hello I have been developing an app that I want to deploy on the App Store through EAS cloud. My boss had purchased the apple developer account and invited me to a development team and I signed in with the same credentials. But when I try eas build and then select IOS as the platform I am getting this error shown in the image. Does this mean I have to purchase an apple developer account? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Developer Membership Purchase Error
Greeting everyone, I have been trying to enroll for apple developer program membership for the past 2 weeks, all efforts prove abortive with same error "I will receive acknowledement" email from Apple but i do not get charged and when I try to contact support they usually do not provide any help and often take long to reply once and take another week for another reply. I have now move the funds equivalent to $99 to my apple account. Please does anyone know how I can go about the enrollment using the funds from my apple account? Does anyone have such experience how did you resolve it? Do you know how i can successfully pay for the program from my bank using my debit card, because my card works easily and instantly for other subscriptions but except the Apple development program Please I will greatly appreciate any help i can get. thanks in advance

Apple support unresponsive
I've been contacting Apple Developer support for over 3 weeks now regarding new agreement that is not visible anywhere in account and no option to accept it either. Submitted ticket twice but no response at all. All they have to say is "Thank you for contacting us. We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 102320028158. If you have any additional information you’d like to provide or would like a status update on your case, please reply back to this email."
