Apple took my money ?
There does not seem to be a good area of this forum to post this, so i just post it. I joined the developer program, i made a payment of 99 US dollars, the money was sent from my bank account to Apple.Com, it said on my developers account that it could take up to 48 hours to get things registered and i would be all set to go with the developers account after that. Well, the money is still gone, and 1-2 hours after i made the payment my account now asks me to Join the program, just like before i joined and made the payment. This was two days ago so i sent a message to apple about this, still no answer from them so i dont feel very happy about this, no way in h*** i am going to make a new payment to try to join again when i already did join and did not ever got my money back. Anyone had any similar issues or know what i should do next ?

Unable to save App ID capabilities in Apple Developer portal
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue in the Apple Developer portal when trying to manage my App ID capabilities. Whenever I try to enable or disable a capability and click Save, the page shows the loading spinner but then nothing is saved. App ID: com.kangarli.lucary Team ID: (my Apple Developer account’s Team ID) Tested on different browsers (Safari, Chrome), cleared cache and cookies The issue affects all capabilities, not just Associated Domains Other sections of the Developer portal work normally Is this a known issue with the Developer portal, or is there any workaround? Getting 401 Unauthenticated when calling StoreKit In-App API with JWT
Hello, I am trying to call the StoreKit In-App API, but I am consistently receiving a 401 Unauthenticated error. Here is what I have done so far: JWT creation (via https://jwt.io): Header: { "alg": "ES256", "kid": "**********", "typ": "JWT" } Payload: { "iss": "********-e662-43d2-be42-012d0138ce39", "aud": "appstoreconnect-v1", "iat": 1757389187, "exp": 1757390987 } Private Key (.p8): -----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY----- -----END PRIVATE KEY----- Algorithm used: ES256 This generates the JWT successfully. API Call: I then include the JWT in the request header as follows: Authorization: Bearer ************ Endpoint: https://api.storekit-sandbox.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/transactions/2000001003740262 Response: Status: 401 Unauthenticated Request ID: S3KCYHDVRMDKUT3TZVTY3QRRWM.0.0 Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there something incorrect with how I’m generating the JWT (e.g., iat/exp values, formatting, or encoding)? Do I need to generate separate keys for Sandbox and Production, or is the same key valid for both? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Cant login apple account
Hello, I am an Apple Developer and I have been unable to access my Apple ID for more than a week because of a verification code issue. Every time I try to sign in to my Apple ID or manage my banking information, I see this error message: “Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last verification code you received or try again later.” The problem is that I am not receiving any SMS verification codes at all, so I cannot enter any “last code”, and I cannot complete the sign-in process. I have already tried the following: Waited more than 24 hours without requesting new codes, several times. Tried signing in from different devices and networks. Confirmed that my phone number is active and can receive other SMS messages from different services. The issue persists and I am effectively locked out of my Apple ID. This is a critical problem for me because it directly affects my Apple Developer work: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect. I cannot add or edit my banking information. I cannot upload my app or submit it for review. I also do not have another phone number that I can add as a trusted phone number, so I cannot simply switch to a different number. I kindly ask for a concrete technical solution or manual intervention for my Apple ID, not just “wait 24 hours and try again”, because I have already done that multiple times and the error is still there. Could you please: check if there is a block or rate limit on verification codes for my account, and help reset it or provide another way to verify my identity and restore access to my Apple ID, or assist me with updating my trusted phone number after verifying my identity? This issue is blocking my ability to continue development and release of my app on the App Store, so I would really appreciate any escalation to the appropriate technical team. Developer Enrollment
A couple days ago I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, filled out my address and payment information, paid the fee, my bank account got charged, and I received an email with a receipt and order number. The email with the receipt says the following: To access your membership resources and benefits, visit Account on the Apple developer website. Simply sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll. Please note that no package will be shipped to you, and you can begin using your membership resources right away." If I click on my order number it says: "Enrollment Complete", "Electronically Delivered(Completed)", and "Thanks for being a part of the Apple Developer Program.". However, when I sign in to my account on developer.apple.com, and then click on account, it says "Pending", "Purchase your membership." and, "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.", If I already paid and my order says, "Enrollment Complete", why do I still not have access to sign any builds. I would think this would be instant approval being that I live in the US, and have already been charged, but I guess not. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what was the resolution?

Stuck After Paying – “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement” Loop
Hi, I need help resolving an enrollment issue. When I log into my Apple Developer account on the website, I only see the message: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement.” After that, nothing else loads and I can’t continue. What I’ve tried: Paid the annual fee (it shows as charged). Logged in from iPhone (Developer app), Mac, Safari, and Chrome. Same error. Cleared cookies, tried private mode, and even changed my email. Contacted normal Apple Support (they couldn’t help). Tried to reach Developer Support but I can’t since I’m technically not enrolled. Other details: I can’t access App Store Connect. My Apple ID birthday is set to 15 October 2000. I’ve already accepted the Developer Agreement. Developer app shows an error whenever I try enrollment there. At this point, I’m stuck in a loop: Apple says I’ve already agreed, but my membership isn’t activated, and I can’t contact the right support channel.

I can't buy the Apple Developer subscription. I'm tired of it.
A year ago, I had an app published on Apple Developer, but I didn’t renew the subscription. Months later, when I tried to subscribe again, I started getting an error when trying to purchase the Apple Developer subscription. I've already tried different cards, and the error continues to appear. I'm really exhausted at this point. I’ve been speaking with support through chat and phone calls for almost three months, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep being told to wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, but the error is still there. I’ve contacted both Apple Support and Apple Developer Support, and neither team has been able to help. I’ve been trying to pay a $100 subscription for three months, and I still can’t complete the purchase. I honestly don’t understand how a company like Apple can provide such a poor experience for something as simple as paying for a subscription.

My clients are waiting, enrollment process more than one month ?
My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts... everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month. The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting... I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis . oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding... I'm losing money, time and hope to this system.

My developer account has been closed
You closed my 5-year-old account without any question, without any violation of the rules. You haven't even bothered to respond in 2 months. I will seek my rights in every way and complain about you on all platforms. I have never violated anything so far. I am suing you, you have caused me a lot of damage in the last 2 months. I have made a lot of investments. You are a disgraceful, lousy company! I will never recommend Apple to anyone from now on! Rude, immoral company. You closed an account for no reason! You are doing this on purpose to pave the way for big companies. You are a vile and disgraceful company! No response for 2 months. Account closure without reason. I will announce you everywhere, see you in court

Apple Developer Enrollment Refuses to Take My Money (Payment Constantly Declined)
I'm trying to enroll in Apple Developer and I continuously getting a "Payment Declined" message despite trying 4 credit cards, a debit card and even my apple card. When I try this through the developer app the "Enroll Now" button is greyed out. It's not a bank issue I've already checked and they don't see any requests coming through. I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Contacted Apple support and they are extremely slow with the responses with very little help. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for 12 Days
Hello Apple Developer Support / Community, I’m reaching out for help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. It’s been 12 days since I submitted all the required documents (photo ID, business verification, and company registration documents. I also replied to the email as instructed. Seven days ago, I received a response from a Senior Advisor saying the case was being reviewed and that I’d receive a reply soon—but nothing since then. The status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed." This delay is now affecting my business operations and launch timelines. I’ve done everything required—uploaded all documents, responded to support emails—but no progress or updates. Has anyone experienced similar delays? Is there any way to escalate this? Paid app agreement
Having issues updating app and publishing online, due to paid apps agreement. The app is free for distribution not a paid app, hence it is price at 0$. Can't access the agreement as well to verify and account is showing error messages when action is done. Also getting a membership expired message, and account membership is renewed till 2026.
