My membership got expired and I don't see the renew button anywhere on the website or the developer app. In my case, I have changed the developer account email address 6 months ago and the new email was not mapped for renewal that's why the renew button was not showing (I guess). I tried to reach to Apple support, the phone support wasn't available so I wrote couple of emails. After 48 hrs they have sent an email saying the new email address has been mapped but still I see no renew button. I added required funds and disabled the auto-renew option yet no hope. it's been four days still no replay from Apple. I was constantly checking for the phone support. Today I saw phone support was available so I immediately requested the call and explained the support staff about my situation and he fixed within a minute. so guys if you are facing similar issue and see no solution even after contacting multiple times via emails, wait for phone support and request a call. This is the fastest and efficient way to resolve this "renew" issue. add the required funds so that the subscription payment will be done instantly. Have a good day y'll

I initiated three payments on the following dates: February 12, 2025: Payment attempted, received an “Order acknowledgment” email, but the amount wasn’t deducted. February 19, 2025: Reattempted payment with the same outcome. February 25, 2025: Tried again, and still no deduction from my account. I’ve contacted support (Case ID: 102538526682), but haven’t received any response. This situation affects my production process, and I’m growing increasingly concerned. Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get my apple developer account approved for weeks now with so many back and forth messages exchanged. However, I’m still not sure where my application stands. I submitted my verification docs multiple times through a special link. It was under review but then no one acknowledged its current status. Later, I received a follow up asking me to enrol again because it was causing some issue. But when I tried doing that, it says there is some error And asked me to contact support to resolve this. how long will this take before I get to the stage where I can make a payment and have my account approved?

All of a sudden my apps made with my client's Enterprise account won't launch when downloaded over-the-air on iOS 17+, but WILL launch when installed over a wire. The usual 'trust' mechanism found under Settings>General>VPS and Device Management seems not to be available for over-the-air downloads. But it is available for over-a-wire sideloads! This seems not to be an issue with iOS 15+ Does anyone here know what to do about this? Thanks, Craig Umanoff

Hi, We run an app house where we're creating a new app through our store for clients every few weeks. We've been using the Apple ID login through fastlane to create new apps in our CI, however we find having to log in to multiple machines every few weeks very frustrating, as it requires 2fa, and always seems to happen right when the system admins are on leave. We've tried to use the API key instead however creating apps doesn't appear to be supported, as we get a 403 error stating we can't use create. This was with the App manager role. Is it at all possible to crate an app using the api key, turn off the timeout on the ID Login or, automate this so we don't need to log in every few weeks?

It works perfectly when the app is open. We use Firebase, Flutter, and JANUS WebRTC. Hi recently when I renewed my Developer account, which had expired I found out it takes 24 hours for the active to be renewed. But your account page does not provide notice of this, and was very confusing for me! I had to spend the time to contact support to find this out - can we please just have a 'renewal pending' status instead displayed to our developer's accounts? I would greatly appreciate this! Hey guys, I'm having an issue while trying to enrol myself in apple developer program. When I submit my information, I can only see an error saying "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And this is an infinite loop. How I can get myself enrolled in the program now?

I’m very new to mobile app development but not new to application development in general. I’m close to completing my first app and really excited to get things moving along and then hit a major roadblock and am at my wits end with this. I currently have a free account and have been testing on my own phone. I’m ready to move to TestFlight so went to enroll in the paid program and it just says can’t do so at this time. I sent support an email and they said it’s because they can’t identify me. I called and they told me the same thing and that there is literally nothing that can be done. I tried to create a new Apple ID and figured I’d just use it for the dev work I want to do but I can’t even create a new ID. I did have Family Sharing setup with myself as the organize and removed myself from that to ensure nothing was preventing identification. Still nothing. I can’t possibly be the only one that has gone through this. Frustrated is an understatement and getting this app out was really going to be such a big deal for me. So disappointed. Any suggestions?
