Thank you for your answer. I dont know about any refunds. I would see them in revenue cat, I guess?! Do you know how long it could take? Would be so much better if they would contact me with a reason or something I could do to speed up or solve the situation. :(

hi, did they tell you what is the problem? Is it solved? How long did you need to wait? I received the mail 4 weeks ago and still no answer to my mail or to my support ticket. I absoluty do not know what is wrong.
