Spent nearly 4 hours today on hold across two calls trying to connect (after first was disconnected for some reason). I saw someone suggest booking a 1-on-1 session on the weekly reviews, but earliest available timeslot was Thursday August 20th, that will be 3 weeks after submission. I just want to know that I am at least in the queue to be reviewed so I can set a release date.

I'm in the same situation, it has been extremely frustrating. I have sent an email via the developer page and have been on hold with the support number for an extended period of time with no movement either.

Glad you got yours to move forward, maybe supplying case number helped. I'll try the same!
