Our app (Bare Wellness, a studio booking app, Apple ID 6786253275) was rejected on 8 Oct under 5.1.1(v). We fixed it the same day (guests browse the full timetable without an account) and resubmitted. That submission sat in Waiting for Review for 12 days, so on 20 Oct we withdrew it and submitted again. Six minutes after the resubmission a reviewer signed in to our demo account, and since then nothing: still Waiting for Review, no message in App Store Connect, no email. Expedited review requests were confirmed on 6, 11 and 20 Oct, and a Developer Support case opened on 14 Oct has had no human reply. The Android version has been live since 2 Oct. Has anyone seen a submission stall after a reviewer sign-in, and is there any other channel to reach App Review?
