I'm in the same boat from looking through the forum there appears to be many people in a similar situation hand in there!

Im having the same problem but it appears the situation maybe a little bit bigger, I've noticed a lot of people have been having the same issues.

Same for me Apple usually turns these around in 2-4 days but ive been stuck in waiting for review for nearly a week
