Did you receive any updates on this?
My app has been marked "In Review" for 30+ hours. Typically, I've been amazed at the process because App Review is like "greased lightening" and very supportive.
Since Saturday's maintenance window, there seem to be some hiccups.
I'm hoping it's just a massive backlog from that down time and not things getting lost in limbo.
