I have a TestFlight user experiencing the same issue where the download was successful but as soon as they try to open the app, it crashes.

I have not seen any sales data since July 9th.

I can confirm that I'm not able to open App Store Connect on my iOS devices. I am able to connect via the website.

The last date I'm seeing is July 30th.

I'm seeing the same problem.
