Following up on this again - After waiting a week I ended up cancelling it and resubmitted again as I was already ready with next update. I also tried expedited update route. Still waiting for it get picked up.. Thanks

Unfortunately, yes. I have had experiences ranging from 1 day to 30+ days with no rhyme or reason. It appears like Apple prioritizes apps that are either well established or developers with long history. Either that or their queuing system has a massive flaw which they refuse to acknowledge or fix it. I gave a boost to your post which hopefully helps.

Can you believe these guys? When developers desperately waiting for their app just to be reviewed, these guys announced $100B stock buyback instead of spending on resources. What an irony. Hope someone in their leadership team see these messages(if not new CEO).

There is no response from app review which is why am posting here :) Anyways once in a while these app updates are not getting picked up for review. If anyone from App Review team is watching this, please review the app(6756242440)

Thanks @App Review for your support. Now another one of my app(6760196335) is stuck in same situation. We would really appreciate if you could let us know if there is something we need to do on our end to make this as smooth as possible. Noticing other app updates are very quick while few of us are stuck for days to weeks under 'Waiting for review'. Thanks in advance!
