It turns out that the Provisioning Profile will have the OLD team identifier; that's what'll go in the Entitlements file.

This answer seems to be out of date. Since June, 2022, apps utilizing iCloud Containers CAN be transferred to a different developer. https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/transfer-an-app/overview-of-app-transfer

FYI - After refreshing the Provisioning Profiles (using the same signing certificates), I got an ITMS-90035 error when delivering with Transporter. After spending the past few hours trying to understand what's wrong and not finding anything, I just tried to upload the same build as this morning; It uploaded without issue.
