I get your point, and honestly a lot of us feel the same frustration. But that’s exactly why we’re asking for quality; because Apple used to offer it. The review process was reliable, predictable. Right now it feels like things are broken, but that doesn’t mean the standard never existed. We’re simply asking Apple to return to the level of professionalism and consistency they were known for, because developers depend on it to run their businesses/apps.

I would like to follow up on my address and tax information update. I contacted you regarding my address change approximately one month ago, but it does not appear to have been updated yet. This is the first time i experience that
