Seems to be a quite common bug, also for my apps the reviews and ratings are not updated since a few years.

I also would like to make special offers in some countries, Ethiopia included, but it is not on the list of selectable countries. I hope it will be possible in the future, or are Ethiopia, Eritrea and Somalia already included in some of the other regions in the list?
