One of the issues too is the Blue Tab "ADD BUILD" only pops into the old version build and not the new build version. So no way to add a build. Also no Blue + sign. This is under App Store Connect where DIstribution is heading.

Choose a name that stands out differently. That is too similar and confusing to the public.

I waited almost 3 weeks. Be patient. Overwhemed at Apple with new APP Developers.
