Hello, Our first app, AQARI - App For Riders (Apple ID 6794502462), version 1.1.0, has been in "Waiting for Review" since October 8, 2026, now 11 days. An expedited review request was accepted on October 18, but the status has not changed. Support case 102995416017 (messages sent October 13 and 18) has had no reply. All agreements are active, the DSA trader status is active, and there are no messages or open issues in App Store Connect. This delay is seriously holding back our company. Our launch has been on hold for almost two weeks, and our iPhone users are still waiting for the app. We are ready to provide any additional information or documentation right away. Could someone from App Review please check whether anything is blocking the submission or anything is needed from our side? Thank you very much.
