It needs Accessibility Permission but App Store requires App Sandbox enabled which makes to request Accessibility Permission impossible. How can I submit my app without App Sandbox enabled to Apple? Apple can review the code and build it themselves? There are apps that uses Accessibility Permissions on App Store as I can see.
