Quite interesting, how your issues were solved? I've blocked after successful payment, with no information about what to do. Apple Support keep silent a month. I have invoice and order confirmation, but can't publish my app. How to push my enrollment? Does anybody know?

Paid on March 6, have invoice and confirmed charge, but account still not activated. Support suggests paying again via the app. How is this supposed to work?
