Hello Apple I add a new UDID device to my development account and I get Ineligible for 14 days in the status bar and so far 14 days still not approved? Can anyone tell me why they are wrong? I want to ask why AppStore Connect Api I can't check the UDIDs are in Processing status

I signed up for the Apple Developer program at the website and my payment card has been deducted $99 and so far I have not been approved. Please help me
