Just to confirm: a) Was Line 2 left blank or you wrote your name? b) Was the EIN you used the LLC’s EIN? c) Did Apple require any corrected/manual W-9 afterward? d) Did both the W-9 and banking status become active after submission?

Hi @connorhawke I’m facing the same banking and W-9 issues with my U.S. single-member disregarded LLC. ** a) Banking has shown “processing within 24 hours” for over 11 days, and b)Apple locks my LLC name on W-9 Line 1. I contacted Finance Support on July 19 and still have no reply.** Could you please share exactly how you resolved it? Were you able to change Line 1 from the LLC name to your personal name? Or did you keep the LLC name on Line 1, select Limited Liability Company – Disregarded Entity, and use your personal SSN instead of the LLC EIN? Did Apple later correct the W-9 through Finance Support?
