Paid Apps agreement option missing in App Store Connect — can't enable paid agreements
Hello, I need to set up the Paid Apps agreement in App Store Connect (to offer in-app purchases), but I don't see any button or link to request it. In App Store Connect under Business (Agreements, Tax, and Banking) I only see the Free Apps agreement as Active. There is no "View and Agree to Terms" banner and no option to add or activate the Paid Apps agreement anywhere. What I already checked: I'm signed in as the Account Holder (not Admin or another role). The Apple Developer Program membership is active and paid. I tried both the new "Business" section and the old "Agreements, Tax, and Banking" page — no Paid Apps row, no request button. Tried different browsers and clearing cache, same result. Questions: What conditions must be met for the Paid Apps agreement option to appear for an account? Is there a known delay or eligibility/verification step (e.g., for individual accounts or specific regions) before it shows up? Is contacting Apple Developer Support the only way to resolve this, or is there something I can do myself in the account? Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Corrected Proxima build 15 resubmitted across iOS, tvOS and macOS — review guidance requested
Hello, We received Guideline 2.1 information requests for Proxima during the previous App Review cycle. We provided detailed answers and, on July 17, uploaded and resubmitted corrected build 15 for iOS, tvOS, and macOS. The new App Store binary completely removes account, subscription, pricing, purchase, renewal, external payment, and provider-specific backend functionality. Proxima is now a free, provider-independent client that only imports configurations supplied by the user. It does not sell or provide VPN access, require an account, collect analytics, log traffic, or share user data. All three build 15 submissions are valid and App Store eligible, and all are currently Waiting for Review. We also updated the App Review notes with exact testing and data-handling information and followed up through Apple Developer Support. The previous Resolution Center threads no longer accept developer replies after resubmission. Is there any additional action we should take to make sure the corrected submissions are not blocked? If an Apple staff member can confirm that the submissions are properly queued or route them to the appropriate App Review team, we would be very grateful. The release is time-sensitive, and we can answer any additional questions immediately. Thank you.

App review pending for over a month across iOS, macOS and tvOS — how to move it forward?
Hello, Our app OneKey VPN (a VLESS/subscription client) has been in review for version 8.00 on all three platforms — iOS, macOS and tvOS — for more than a month, and the status has not moved. What we have already done: • The builds are complete and fully functional. • A working demo access key is provided in App Review Information. • We have responded to every message in Resolution Center. • The one macOS 2.4.5 point (an unused com.apple.security.network.server entitlement) was fixed and build 201 was resubmitted. • We submitted an expedited review request and, today, a case through Contact Us → App Review → App Review Status. Is there anything else we can do to help move the review forward? Is a review time of over a month expected right now, or does this suggest something is stuck on our submission? Any guidance from moderators or others who have seen long waits would be appreciated. Thank you.
