App: "Peptide GLP Supplement Synergy", Apple ID 6805712020, live since September 11. Distribution method Public, status Ready for Distribution, age rating 18+. Symptom: the app does not appear in App Store search on iPhone for any query — including its exact name and the developer name — on multiple devices and Apple Accounts with no content restrictions. The App Store Search API still returns it. Timeline: from September 11 to 15 the app was findable by its exact (old) name only. On September 15 version 1.0.2 released with the app renamed to the current name. Since that rename it is findable by nothing, including the new exact name. Nothing in App Store Connect has been changed since the case was opened. Developer Support case 102966931238 was opened September 17; the representative reproduced the failure on September 18 and escalated it to the technical team. Urgency notes were added September 19 and 21. No update since. Has anyone seen a listing fail to re-index after a rename, and is there a channel that moves a case like this? Thank you.
