Still have the issue!

I've got the same issue. Also a pending Agreement (for Paid Apps - but we just have free Apps). Apple Support says, that they are working on it with high prio and a lot of accounts have this issue. Also they said, that the agreement is not the reason for it.

Hi, could you please explain whats the difference between 3 and 7? We want to get the re-downloads, but the numbers don't match with the numbers in the Apple Console directly with the re-downloads. Any help to get only the numbers of re-downloads via the API?

One more hint: We do not show the Device Name in our App. We only have the issue, when connecting to the head-unit of cars.
