Just add a new version. You don't have to upload a new binary. They just want u to update your age rating Qns. Add a new version go to app info and answer the age Qns Ensure you don't have any policy flag or alert banner. That's all.

What did apple specifically say? Need to just make a new release to just update age ratings questionnaire? Or actually submit a new binary for approval? They are wildly different. Could you share the email response pls. I call Apple today and they say just do the former. Don't need to upload new binary.
