App in "Waiting for Review" for 160+ hours after resubmission (Duo Queue 1.1)
Hi, My app Duo Queue has been in "Waiting for Review" since September 22, about 160 hours now, with no status change since then. App: Duo Queue: Game Tracker Apple ID: 6809453548 Version: 1.1 (build 21), submitted with the in-app purchase com.adgames.duoqueue.full_shelf Submission ID: 3ff2dc7d-2435-43a3-bc3f-33b1ae3478d2 Submitted: Sep 22, 2026, 09:05 UTC An earlier submission was rejected under Guideline 4.3(a). For 1.1 I rebuilt the core of the app. Users now photograph a game box and the app identifies it, and game detail pages include trailers where available. I also renamed Swift types that shared names with types in my other apps, and attached a demo video for the reviewer. I withdrew the previous submissions for this app, so this is its only active submission in the queue. I know the team has a lot of apps to get through. I'd just like to confirm that the submission isn't stuck somewhere, or find out if I need to do anything on my side. Thank you.

Urgent: App Stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 220+ Hours.
Hello, We are reaching out because I haven't received any response from App Review for about 220hours, The date We had planned to make my proposal has already passed. App: Apple ID 6782845619, version 1.2 Submission ID: 2722eda8-9429-44d2-9971-092f4ed28ffb Rejection: Guideline 4.3(a) — Design (Spam) I have already taken the corrective steps suggested in the rejection message (I withdrew the duplicate prototype app from review and removed it from all 175 storefronts, so there is no overlap anymore), and I replied to App Review in App Store Connect with this information. However, it has now been about 220 hours with no reply. I understand the review team is very busy, and I truly appreciate their time. I'm not trying to dispute the review process itself — I would simply be grateful if someone could check whether my reply has been received and is being looked at, or advise me on the best way to get a status update. Thank you very much for your help.

Guideline 4.3(a) rejection persists after the "duplicate" prototype app was withdrawn and made unavailable in all storefronts
Hello, I would like to ask for help with a Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam rejection that I have been trying to resolve with App Review for about a month. Situation My app (Apple ID: 6782845619, version 1.2, Submission ID: 2722eda8-9429-44d2-9971-092f4ed28ffb) was rejected under Guideline 4.3(a). The review message states that the app "is available in the same locations as another identical app you submitted to the App Store." The other app referenced is an early prototype I created. It was approved in review at one point, but it was never released on the App Store. I have since taken the following steps, in line with the guidance in the rejection message: I withdrew the prototype app from App Review entirely (its status in App Store Connect is now "Developer Rejected"). I set its Country or Region Availability to none — it is now unavailable in all 175 countries and regions, so there is no storefront overlap with My app (Apple ID: 6782845619) at all. In other words, My app (Apple ID: 6782845619) is the only app of mine that is (or will be) available anywhere, which I believe fully addresses the "Ne rejection ("ensure none of theselected storefronts overlap"). Why I am posting here I have been replying in App Store Connect, but each round of communication takes about a week, and with short messages I have nain the situation above to there view team. I completely understand the team is busy, and I appreciate their time — I simply have not found a good way to con no longer exists on any storefront. Could someone help me get this iew team, or advise on the best way to explain this so the 4.3(a) issue can be re-evaluated? I am happy to provide any additional details or evidence (screenshotsbility settings, etc.). Thank you very much for your team
